Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material, or any material that could give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, is strictly prohibited.

Potomac Tax Advisors and Licensors will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Potomac Tax Advisors or the Licensors to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. 10. Software from this Site is subject to U.S. Export Controls. No software from this Site may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods, which currently includes Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine; or (ii) anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List. Potomac Tax Advisors does use a third party, Secure File Pro (referred to as the “Customer Portal”) to provide a means to exchange confidential information between client and Potomac Tax Advisors. Customer Portal is a secure site. All information, data, content, work product, and documentation accessible through Customer Portal is the confidential information of Potomac Tax Advisors and its affiliates. Potomac Tax Advisors and its affiliates own and retain all intellectual property rights in, to and associated with the Customer Portal Information. You hereby agree to hold as confidential all Customer Portal Information made available to you through the Customer Portal, and to use such Customer Portal Information solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, make derivative works of, or otherwise disclose to any third party the Customer Portal Information. You agree not to remove, alter, or destroy any proprietary markings of Potomac Tax Advisors or its affiliates contained in any Customer Portal Information.
