Background

David Williams is a licensed certified professional accountant (CPA) and has more than 32 years of experience providing tax planning and tax preparation services. Recently, he has successfully represented new clients under IRS audit and is now devoted to focusing attention on Tax Resolution services.

We have the knowledge and skillset to help you. In 2023, he incorporated his practice as Williams Consulting Service, Inc. with the trade names Potomac Tax Advisors, and Potomac Tax Relief.

Mr. Williams has more than 14 years experience as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a globally recognized certification that validates his ability to lead and direct projects across various industries, effectively. While employed by the Federal government, he used this skill to improve methods and efficiencies in the Department of the Army budgetary process and the Federal government’s workforce strategic planning process. He has been an expert with analyzing and planning strategic workforces for the federal government for more than 15 years.
